As a Senior Project Manager in Quantum you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end and your contributions will play a key role in the project.
Your days will vary between desktop work, virtual meetings and in-person interactions, while you also from time to time will need to travel to meet the clients or contractors in person. Since the projects we manage are different by nature your regular working day will be different as well.

In this role you’ll experience a great amount of independence throughout the project cycle, scooping, planning, coordinating and execution.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are planned, implemented, and delivered in a timely and professional manner simultaneously with coordination between the client and other relevant partners.

You will be based at our office near Victoria Station, London, together with the rest of Quantum’s team. A place where there’s no micromanaging, opportunities for the individuals and space to be a whole person.

#AboutYou

You have a theoretical background in civil engineering or perhaps a more commercial education with focus on project management. You have 7-10+ years of experience with project management, preferably leading projects.
Like us, you must be professional, proactive, and ambitious and constantly striving to be one of the best by developing your skills.

As you will be managing projects of different nature it is crucial that you’re able to cooperate at variating levels in our organization, that you’re empathetic and have a strong collaboration skill.
